On 19 and 20 May we will be sponsoring a unique event: the first joint congress organised by Adoo, Aioc, Aloeo and Federottica with the support of Cert.o in Milan at the Unahotels Expo Fiera Milano in Pero (Mi). It will be a unique opportunity to show professionals how Centro Style can support the optical centre in terms of vision care, visual training and technical frames for the paediatric age group of Active Frames. From 10 May to 12 May we will be attending the 56th National Congress of the Italian Association of Orthoptists' Assistants in Ophthalmology in Naples.

TRAINING DAY AT THE MICHELANGELO BUONARROTI INSTITUTE
On April 29th, we will organize a training day at the Michelangelo Buonarroti Institute in Verona dedicated to students of the Professional Institute's optical section and the post-diploma optical qualification course. The training for students, which we have been conducting annually for over 30 years, will this year include, in addition to welding and coloring, the very hot theme of colour harmony as a marketing idea to be used in the optical center. Teaching students at the Buonarroti Institute gives us the opportunity to work alongside the new generations of opticians and lay the foundations for relationships of empathy and trust designed to last over time.
OPTOMETRY CONGRESS IN KRAKOW
Our Polish distributor, AJG, will showcase Centro Style's Visual Training products from April 26th to 28th. This exhibition provides an excellent opportunity for international exposure and to establish ourselves as a reliable partner for optometrists.
WE ARE SPONSOR OF THE 3RD NATIONAL CONGRESS OF SISO
Our participation in this event, which is the most prestigious scientific event for ophthalmology organized by the Italian Society of Ophthalmological Sciences,will take place from April 18th to 20th. The congress will feature a total of 115 events, and ophthalmologists, orthoptists, and residents will come together for three days of professional exchanges, scientific updates, and practical updates. At our booth, we will present our solutions dedicated to low vision and visual well-being in paediatric age. These solutions include eyeglass frames, visual training, and visual re-education.
WE ARE SPONSORING THE 18TH NATIONAL CONGRESS OF SOPTI
The Italian Optometric Society (SOPTI) is organizing the congress 'Focus on Errors, Unexpected Events, and Complications' in Riccione on April 14th and 15th. We will have a booth present to offer dedicated solutions in the field of low vision and Active Frames children's frames, which have been tested for lenses designed to control childhood myopic progression. As one of the sponsoring companies of the Congress, we will contribute to funding the scholarship dedicated to Prof. Salvatore Pintus. He is one of the most influential professors in the industry, dedicated to research and a reference point in Italian optometry.

In collaboration with Ottica Vettore of Varese, we will be hosting an event called 'Your Colors, Your Glasses'. On April 13th, from 4 to 6 PM at the store, you can book a free Colour Harmony consultation and discover Airport Inarmocromia, the first collection of frames and sunglasses dedicated to the colour harmony theory.
EXPOOPTICA - MADRID
From 12th to 14th of April, Centro Style will participate together with our Spanish distributor La Sede Optica in the most important biennial event dedicated to our sector. It will be an opportunity to present the main novelties of the year of all our brands to the Iberian market.
EXPO OPTICA - BRAZIL
From 10 to 13 April we will participate with our distributor NV ACESSORIOS & OCULOS LTDA in the twentieth edition of the most important sector event in South America. For the occasion we will present our Active Frames brand, dedicated to children, our reading collection glasses and our rich offer dedicated to the laboratory.
EVENT FOR FEDEROTTICA TRENTO
On the 25th of March, we will hold the workshop "Tricks of the Laboratory: Practical solutions for everyday needs' at the Federottica Trento headquarters, in collaboration with Massimo Stranieri, owner of the MaxLab laboratory in Florence, already our partner at Mido.
TALENT DAY BY CONFINDUSTRIA: LOOKING INTO THE FUTURE
On Thursday 14th March Centro Style will take part in the Talent Day organised by Confindustria Varese.

CHILDHOOD MYOPIA: HOW TO PROTECT OUR CHILDREN'S SIGHT
Childhood myopia is an increasingly common condition in which children have difficulty seeing distant objects clearly because light rays from a distance are not focused on the retina but in front of it. Estimates indicate that by 2050 about half of European adolescents will be nearsighted.
This problem can worsen over time, but there are ways to prevent and treat it.
The key to tackling childhood myopia is prevention and early management. Anyone who wants to play sports at school, in a club or during leisure time with safety, success and fun must be able to see properly. This means that if you have a prescription for vision correction, you must also use an adequate visual aid - e.g., (school) sports glasses or contact lenses - when playing sports.
